- Temporary or On-Call Staff - Temp/On-Call Hire, Rehire and Additional Assignment
- Faculty or Academic Staff - Faculty/Academic Staff Hire, Reappoint and Rehire
- Graduate Assistant - Graduate Assistant Hire/Rehire/Additional Assignment/Reappointment
- Student Employee - Student Employment Hire/Rehire/Additional Assignment
- Undergraduate or Professorial Assistant - Undergraduate Assistant and Professional Assistant
