Long-term disability
Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits normally begin the first day following 180 days of continuous disability. The program provides a disabled employee with a monthly income that could be off set by Social Security, Workers' Compensation and other stipulated payments. The plan provides an annual cost-of-living adjustment and a minimum benefit of $50 per month.
