Annual I-9 Compliance Recertification

New I-9 verifiers will need to take the newly updated I-9 Compliance Initial Training before access can be granted by the departmental IT Security Administrator in D6501.

Current I-9 Verifiers, that have completed the  I-9 Compliance Initial Training, will need to complete the annual I-9 Refresher course 365 days from the date of when the new I-9 Compliance Initial Training was completed (any time after June 21, 2021).

A new or revised eARM form is not needed for current I-9 verifiers in order to complete the Compliance Training.

I-9 verifiers would still need to pass the test with an 80% score or better and the test is limited to three (3) attempts.
