Cigna Global Health Advantage Plan Enrollment Instructions
Eligible MSU employees should complete the following instructions to enroll in the Cigna Global Health Advantage (CGHA) Plan:
- Download, complete, and sign/date the CGHA Enrollment Form.
- Send the completed form along with a request to update your address to MSU Human Resources, Benefits Administration (BA) Team:
