breaking free from stress
Many circumstances can impact our lives for the worse. It’s time to move beyond anxiety, depression and other self-defeating habits. External circumstances such as potential job loss, anger in the workplace, too much to do in too little time, financial concerns, relationship changes, loss of a loved one, and other events can have a significant impact on our lives. Yet each of us responds to these circumstances differently because of what we think these circumstances mean and how we are personally relating to them in any given moment. This is true whether the stressors in your life are at work, at home, or both.
This course will help you become aware of how your own thought world operates to bring you your personal reality of your work and personal life. Learning the basic principles presented in this course will help you see how to be less reactive to other people and events and how to live your life from a deeper perspective of common sense and wisdom.
When you attend this program, you will learn about:
- Connecting with your innate capacity for health regardless of your past, biochemistry, or life circumstances
