Introduction to Process Mapping
Learners will gain the knowledge and skills needed to confidently begin their process improvement journey.
Specifically, learners in this course will be able to:
- Define key process improvement terminology
- Identify common elements of process maps
- Reduce barriers to success by adopting best practices
- Create a process map
