Facilitating Process Improvement
Process improvement initiatives require thoughtful and intentional leadership and strong project management support. This course is targeted to individuals responsible for designing, leading, or implementing process management and process improvement related initiatives.
Participants will:
- Identify leading process improvement frameworks
- Develop a project plan using RAPID methodology
- Adopt facilitation best practices
- Identify key elements of project success
Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.
