Hiring student employees is a win-win situation. This series of sessions will guide you through the student employment process and help you:
- Understand student employment policies and procedures
- Know how to comply with the procedures and complete the necessary online processes and forms
- Better develop and communicate your performance expectations
- Work with students to apply their academic interests in your work setting
- Learn more about the Spartan Experience Record program
- Explore tactics for leading and motivating student employees
