Building inclusive leadership practices
Participants will work on building mutual respect in the workplace while understanding and valuing cultural difference as a leader. Participants will reflect on their current leadership strategies and understand how "power with" frameworks lead to inclusive leadership practices.
The required pre-requisite is Leading with Cultural Competency or Cultural Competency 1.
