Maximizing The Spartan Experience

This engaging training provides a foundational perspective related to enhanced customer service delivery. The Spartan Experience is based around high, clear and concise customer service expectations that are the foundation and key to maximize opportunities in engagement, inclusivity, enthusiasm, and Delivering Outstanding Spartan Experiences (DOSE).

Participants will learn how to:

  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Create a positive first impression
  • Develop and maintain high customer service standards
  • Plan for great customer service

Benefits of learning to apply the DOSE approach include:

  • Creating a positive impact through continual review and improvement of product, processes, and environment
  • Enabling and requiring employees to take ownership of their work, expect more of themselves and those they work with, identify areas of improvement, and develop solutions to be carried forward
  • Encouraging and supporting an agile workplace to accommodate the ever-changing world

Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.
