Conflict Management and non-Escalation

Using the Vistelar Confidence in Conflict: 12-Step Playbook, we address the entire spectrum of human conflict, from non-escalation (preventing conflict) to stopping a threat with the use of consistent principles, tactics, and terminology that are simple, systematic, and universal in their application.

The primary goals of this course are conflict resolution, de-escalation, crisis management, and everyone’s safety. This training will prepare participants to apply the taught skills to real-life situations and to retain those skills over time.

Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.


Two-session course:

Wednesday, September 14, AND Thursday, September 15, 2022 (virtual series)
Tuesday, December 6, AND Wednesday, December 7, 2022 (in-person series)
