We are pleased to announce a university-wide orientation for newly hired benefits-eligible support staff. The innovative full-day program will transform how we welcome and support new employees at MSU.

Who, What, When, Where

• Who: Newly hired benefits-eligible support staff
• What: NHO will cover essential topics such as employee benefits, payroll, policies, and university systems. Our program will foster a sense of belonging and empowerment while advancing MSU's 2030 Strategic Plan in Staff Success and DEI. New employees will meet with university leaders, receive an overview of our comprehensive benefits program, and become familiar with MSU's organizational structure.
• When: Every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through the end of 2024
• Where: In-Person at MSU Human Resources, 1407 S. Harrison Rd, Room 10A in the lower level

Benefits-eligible support staff can expect an orientation email from the Solutions Center during their first week of employment.
