Drill Down Org Detail (HRP993)

The Performance Excellence Employee Detail Analysis (HRP993) is the report displayed when users utilize the "drill down" function on report tab two or report tab three. The report provides users a detailed view of specific employee review task data, including task due dates, review status, and performance ratings.

Report Columns

  1. Organization: The primary MAU in which the employee is assigned.
  2. Department, Sub-Org: The primary department and sub-org (if applicable) in which the employee is assigned.
  3. Personnel Number: The employee’s personnel number indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  4. Last Name, First Name, Middle Name: The employee’s name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  5. Job Title: The employee’s job title in which the review task is related to.
  6. Supervisor Name: The name of the person who is listed as supervisor to the employee.
  7. Supervisor Department: The primary department listed for the employee’s supervisor.
  8. Annual Review Status: Indicates the status of review task. Options include Not Yet Due, Not Yet Completed-Late, Completed-Late, or Completed-On Time.
  9. Task Type: The type of task that is detailed. Options include Next Annual Review, Probation, or Interim/MidPt Eval.
  10. Processing Indicator: Indicates if task is completed or not complete. Options include Task Completed or New Task, which is the same as not complete or outstanding.
  11. Task Date: The date the task was due to be completed.
  12. Evaluation Date: The date the employee’s evaluation was completed, based on the date the employee indicated on the completed form.
  13. Performance Rating: The performance level achieved in the review. Options include Exceeds Expectations, Meets Expectations, Developing, and Does Not Meet Expectations.
  14. Planning Discussion Date: The date the planning discussion occurred, based on the date the employee indicated on the completed form.

Users have the option to export results to Excel, however users can take advantage of the four in-report sort/filter functions to perform analysis while staying within the report.

Sort/Filter Feature #1: Sort report results by either employee last name or supervisor last name.

Sort/Filter Feature #2: Filter report results to display data only for a selected department.  Options displayed in the filter list will depend on user's access.

Sort/Filter Feature #3: Filter report results to display data only for a selected review status.  Possible filter options include Annual Reviews Not Yet Due, Annual Reviews Not-Completed/Late, Annual Reviews Completed On-Time, Annual Reviews Completed/Late. However, user may not have all review statuses to choose from if the review status does not exist in the report results.
