The Paid Fixed Term Faculty and Academic Staff – Terminated or Not Reappointed – HRP957 report provides information about Fixed-Term Faculty and Academic Staff (faculty and academic with contract type of Fixed Term, Contract, or Roll/Fixed Contract) who have terminated, retired, or were not re-appointed in the date range selected.  The report does not include no-pay, temporary, or on-call assignments.  

• Do Not Reappoint Action.  It contains paid fixed term faculty and academic staff not reappointed with “do not reappoint” action within the date range selected.  Action code ZX (FAS Review – Other), action reason code 01.  
• Terminations and Retirements.  It contains paid fixed term faculty and academic staff terminated or retired within the date range selected.   Action codes ZH and ZI.
