Salaried Employees Below the FLSA Threshold – HRP1149

Business Purpose

The Salaried Employees Below the FLSA Threshold – HRP1149 report provides a list of active and inactive salaried employees with an annual salary less than the FLSA Threshold ($35,568) as of the date selected.   The report can be generated by Organization/Department and/or Enterprise Structure.  

Employees assigned a job code with FLSA Duties Exception noted in the HR/Payroll system are excluded as well as employees in the following Personnel Subareas:
  • 1585-Service Maint
  • 274
  • 547-Operating Engin
  • 999-Skilled Trades
  • CT-Clerical Tech
  • NONE-Non-Employee
  • OTEE-Other EE
  • GRAS-Grad. Assist.
