The data columns used in the Salaried Employees Below the FLSA Threshold report are defined on this page.

  1. Organization Code: The primary organization code in which the employee is assigned.
  2. Organization Name:  The primary organization name in which the employee is assigned.
  3. Department Code: The primary department code in which the employee is assigned.
  4. Department Name:  The primary department name in which the employee is assigned.
  5. Sub-Org Code: The primary sub-org code in which the employee is assigned (if applicable).
  6. Sub-Org Name:  The primary sub-org name in which the employee is assigned (if applicable).
  7. Personnel Number (PERNR): An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to an assignment. A person with concurrent employment will have multiple PERNRs but only one PERSID.
  8. Employment Status:  The employee’s current employment status as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  9. Professional First Name:  The employee’s professional first name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  10. Professional Middle Name:  The employee’s professional middle name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  11. Professional Last Name:  The employee’s professional last name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  12. Personnel Subarea Code:  A further breakdown of Personnel Area. The principal organization aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
  13. Employee Group Name:  Union, Non-Union, Non-Employee/No Pay. The employee group allows you to divide your employees into groups and allows you to define their relationship to the enterprise. It classifies employees into general groups for processing of Payroll, Time, and Benefits.
  14. Employee Subgroup Code & Name:  A further breakdown of Employee Group. All control features of the Personnel Structure are defined at the Employee Subgroup level including specific payroll calculations for hourly or salaried employees, work schedules, and benefit groupings.
  15. Payroll Area:  Indicates the payroll area the employee is in.  
  16. Job Code:  The employee’s primary job title or classification in which the employee is assigned.
  17. Job Title:  The employee’s primary job title or classification in which the employee is assigned based on job code.
  18. Position Number:  The position number assigned to the employee’s primary position.
  19. Position Title:  The employee’s position title in which the employee is assigned based on position code.
  20. Annual Salary:  The employee’s annual salary as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  21. Capacity Utilization Level:  The percent of employment the employee is working.
  22. Pay Scale Level:  The number level signifying range of possible pay assigned to the employee’s job title or classification.
