Employee Demographics - HRP1125

Business Purpose

The Employee Demographics – HRP 1125 report provides a list of active and inactive employees as of the date and organization selected in the report prompts.  Displays key demographic data (age, gender, race, protected veteran status, disability status) of the workforce while also including other key indicators including job classification, pay scale level, annual salary, FTE salary, employment %, years in level, years of service, union affiliation, and supervisor name.   Report does not include Graduate Assistant and Student employees.

The report prompts allow you to include Temporary, On-Call, No-Pay, Adjunct FAS, and/or Clinical FAS staff in the report.
