Academic governance voting faculty - hrp1087
Business Purpose
The Academic Governance Voting Faculty – HRP1087 report provides a list of Faculty, Librarians, and Specialists for Academic Governance and indicates their voting eligibility. Report also contains email, continuous service date, job title, contact, and additional assignments.
Three reports are generated:

Academic Governance Faculty/Librarians. This list contains:
- Active and Inactive Faculty Tenure, Faculty Fixed Term, NSCL Fixed Term, NSCL Continuing, Librarian Continuing and Librarian Fixed Term (excluding Visiting, Visiting Adjunct, Emeritus, Adjunct Emeritus and Clinical Emeritus) employees with capacity utilization level greater than 90%, Voting Eligibility will be Yes.
- Active and Inactive AY Faculty and AN Faculty with a Fixed Term, Contract, or Roll/Fixed Term contract with capacity utilization level less than 90% AND are not assigned an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Instructor or Professor job code, Voting Eligibility will be No.
- Active and Inactive Executive Mgmt and Academic Mgmt (excluding Visiting, Visiting Adjunct, Emeritus, Adjunct Emeritus, and Clinical Emeritus) employees who are not assigned an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Instructor, or Professor job code and capacity utilization level greater than 90% AND years of service is greater than 3 years, Voting Eligibility will be Yes. If capacity utilization level less than 90% OR years of service is less than 3 years, Voting Eligibility will be No.
- Voting Eligible Academic Governance Faculty/Librarians. This list contains the above Active and Inactive Faculty Tenure, Faculty Fixed Term, NSCL Fixed Term, NSCL Continuing, Executive Mgmt, Academic Mgmt, Librarian Continuing, and Librarian Fixed Term (excluding Visiting, Visiting Adjunct, Emeritus, Adjunct Emeritus, and Clinical Emeritus) employees who are eligible to vote, voting eligibility = Yes.
- Voting Eligible Specialists. This list contains Active and Inactive Continuing System Specialists and Fixed Term Specialists with capacity utilization level greater than 90%. Voting Eligibility = Yes.
