Substantiation for wageworks claims

MSU’s flexible spending account (FSA) vendor, WageWorks, will no longer require substantiation for prescriptions or other eligible expenses purchased from MSU’s on-campus pharmacies: the MSU Clinical Center and Olin Pharmacy. This means if you purchase your prescriptions at an on-campus pharmacy you do not need to provide a receipt to WageWorks to verify your claim.

This update applies to prescriptions or other eligible expenses purchased on or after May 25, 2018 from an on-campus pharmacy. Learn more about WageWorks on the Flexible Spending Accounts page.
