MSU's FSA Plan Administrator Acquired by health Equity 

MSU’s flexible spending account (FSA) plan administrator, WageWorks, was recently acquired by HealthEquity. Starting May 2020, you will begin to see co-branding between WageWorks and HealthEquity as these two companies join to provide the best experience possible to their members.

If you participate in an FSA, we want to make you aware of this change since you will see several branding updates starting this month. This will include joint branding on WageWorks.com, their member portal, emails and other materials.

Do I Need to Take Action?

No action is required from you during this transition and you can continue to use your FSA without disruption. You should expect to continue to receive the best possible benefits experience as HealthEquity and WageWorks join.
