New Course Fee Courtesy Application Launching June 1, 2021

With the switch from Student Information System (SIS) to Campus Solutions, MSU Human Resources is in the process of updating the Course Fee Courtesy application, making it more intuitive and user friendly. The updated application will be housed within the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Portal starting on June 1, 2021.

The policies and procedures surrounding Course Fee Courtesy will remain the same — only the application itself is changing. This notice is to inform employees applying for the first time or employees applying for another eligible student. Employees who already have approved Course Fee Courtesy do not need to reapply for that student.

To prepare for the launch of the new application, Course Fee Courtesy requests cannot be submitted from May 17, 2021 until June 1, 2021, when the new application becomes available. Please submit all Summer 2021 applications by no later than May 16, 2021. Applications for the Fall 2021 semester can be submitted beginning June 1.
