Business Intelligence & Anatytics

If you receive the error "Unable to load the requested view" (or similar errors) when clicking the Business Intelligence and Analytics tile (especially in Google Chrome), try any of the following.

  • The easiest option is to try a different browser. Errors that result in Google Chrome may not occur in Mozilla Firefox ESR or Microsoft Edge browsers.
  • Try using Chrome's "Incognito" mode. 
    • Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" (three vertical dots in upper right)
    • Then "New Incognito window"
    • In new windows, log into the EBS Portal again
      NOTE: Incognito mode will prevent you from using some features of the EBS Portal in certain applications
    • Alternatively, you can copy the URL from your Chrome session into your Incognito session
