FLSA Exemption Status Change Report (HRP999)

Data Definitions of Report Columns (HRP999) 

  1. Organization Code: The number associated with the primary MAU.
  2. Organization Name: The name associated with the primary MAU in which the employee is assigned.
  3. Department Code: Primary organizational unit ID number.
  4. Department Name: The primary department and sub-org (if applicable) in which the employee is assigned.
  5. Personnel Number: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to an assignment. A person with concurrent employment will have multiple PERNRs.
  6. Last Name, First Name: The employee’s name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  7. Personnel Subarea: A further breakdown of the Personnel Area. Examples include: Service Maintenance, Clerical Technical, Nurses, Faculty/Academic Staff. The principal organizational aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
  8. Employee Group: Union, Non-Union, Non-Employee/No Pay. The employee group allows you to divide your employees into groups and allows you to define their relationship to the enterprise. It classifies employees into general groups for processing of Payroll, Time and Benefits.
  9. Employee Subgroup Code: A further breakdown of the Employee Group. Examples include Student, Hourly Temp, Executive management AN, No Pay, Academic Year Faculty. All control features of the Personnel Structure are defined at the Employee Subgroup level including specific payroll calculation for hourly or salaried employees, work schedules, and benefit groupings.
  10. Employee Subgroup Name: The employee subgroup represents a subdivision of the employee group. When you define employee subgroups, you have essentially begun to set up your Personnel structure.
  11. Earliest Assignment Date in Job: This is the earliest date in SAP that the employee started in their current job (code/title).
  12. Job Code: A unique ID assigned by the HR-Payroll System to identify a job classification.
  13. Job Title: The employee’s job title/classification in which the review task is related to.
  14. Employment %: The percent of full time employment that the employee is working.
  15. Annual Salary: The actual base salary is the actual expected pay during the year.
  16. Pay Scale Level: The number level signifying range of possible pay assigned to the employee’s job classification.
  17. FLSA Status Effective Date: The start date the employee’s non-exempt status should be monitored.
  18. Supervisor Name: The name of the person who is listed as supervisor to the employee.
