Data Definitions (HRP987)

The data columns used in the two Support Staff (AP, APSA, CT) Salary Changes lists are defined here. 

Salary Changes report:

  1. Professional Name:  The employee’s professional name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  2. Employment Status Name:  The employee’s employment status as of the date selected in the report prompts.  
  3. Capacity Utilization Level:  The percent of employment the employee is working.
  4. Base Pay Start Date:  The employee’s base pay start date.
  5. Base Pay End Date:  The employee’s base pay end date.
  6. Annual Salary:  The employee’s annual salary based on their capacity utilization level.     
  7. Incremental Salary Change $:  The dollar amount between the previous annual salary amount and the new annual salary amount.  
  8. Incremental Salary Change %:  The percentage amount between the previous annual salary amount and the new annual salary amount.
  9. FTE Salary:  The employee’s annual salary.
  10. Job Title:  The employee’s primary job title or classification assigned in the HR/Payroll system.
  11. Grad Level:  Indicates the employee’s personnel subarea (AP, APSA or CT) and the grade level assigned to their position.
  12. Action Start Date:  The start date of the salary action.  
  13. Salary Change Action – Reason:  The reason for the salary action.  

 

Multi-Year Annual Salaries report:

  1. Professional Name:  The employee’s professional name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  2. Employment Status Name:  The employee’s employment status as of the date selected in the report prompts.
  3. FTE: FTE count based on employee’s Capacity Utilization Level.  
  4. Job Title:  The employee’s primary job title or classification assigned in the HR/Payroll system.
  5. Pay Scale Level:  The grade level assigned to the employee’s position.  
  6. Personnel Subarea Name:  The personnel subarea assigned to the employee.  
  7. Annual Salaries for current and previous five years:  The annual salary for the employee for the current and previous five years.
