The Educational Assistance Usage reports provide detailed information on education assistance usage for an organization(s)/department(s) during the date range specified in the report prompts.
Two reports are generated:
- Educational Assistance Usage - Detail. Provides a detailed list of the employees who used education assistance for a class within the date range and organizations selected. The report includes employee details, course type, code and title, number of credits, cost and class start date.
- Educational Assistance Usage - Summary. Provides a summary of the number of employees, total number of courses and total amount used by Organization, Department and Course Type of the employees who used education assistance for a class within the date range and organizations selected.
TIP: Select the
Run As
button (top left corner) and select Run Excel. The reports will be in separate tabs within the spreadsheet.
