Report Prompts (HRP1169)
When running the Remote Work Agreements for Supervisors report, the user running the report must be a Supervisor with direct reports assigned in the HR/Payroll system.
The supervisor will be presented prompts to identify parameters and sets of data to be included in the report results. Only direct reports within the parameters selected will be returned. NOTE: If the user is not a supervisor with direct reports, report will return “No Direct Reports”.
Multiple types of searches can be performed:
- Organization/Department Search: Provides a search on all or one or more organizations, and/or one or more departments the supervisor has direct reports within.
- Enterprise Structure Search: Provides a search across all OR selected organizations/departments the user has access to by specific personnel subareas, employee groups, and employee subgroups the supervisor has direct reports within.
- Remote Work Agreement Type Search: Provides a search across all OR selected organizations/departments the user has access to, across all OR selected enterprise structure prompts by work agreement type, state, country, and off-campus location for administrative addresses the supervisor has direct reports within.
Organization/Department Search
Prompt #1: Select the Date Range (required)
Select the employee status Date Range for the search. Data will pull as of the date range selected and defaults to today’s date. A previous date or future date can be selected. This prompt is required.
Prompt #2: Select Organization(s)/Departments to Include (required)
Select to view either Organizations (MAU) codes or Department/Sub-Org codes to be displayed for selection in the next prompt. This prompt is required, the default selection is Organization. Users that have access to both Org level and department level data can choose which level of organization code prompts to view and select from in the next prompt.
Prompt #3a: Select Organizations(s)
Select which Organization (MAU) codes to display in the report. To select multiple Organizations, hold down the Control key while you make your selections. If no Organization or Department selection are indicated, the report will display all data for all units the user has access to. NOTE: Report matches will only be returned for organizations the supervisor running the report has direct reports in
Prompt #3b: Select Department(s)/Sub-Org(s)
To select specific department(s)/sub-org(s) reporting to the MAU, highlight the Organization (MAU) and click on the Reprompt button, the department/sub-orgs reporting to the organization will be displayed in which the user has access to. To select multiple departments/sub-orgs, hold down the Control key while making your selections.
Select Finish to run the report.
Enterprise Structure Search
Prompt #1: Select the Date Range (required)
Select the employee status Date Range for the search. Data will pull as of the date range selected and defaults to today’s date. A previous date or future date can be selected. This prompt is required.
Prompt #2: Select Organization(s)/Departments to Include (required)
Select to view either Organizations (MAU) codes or Department/Sub-Org codes to be displayed for selection in the next prompt. This prompt is required, the default selection is Organization. Users that have access to both MAU level and department level data can specify the report return MAU, Department or Sub-Org data in the next prompt.
NOTE: For Enterprise Structure or Remote Work Agreement searches, selection of Organization(s) or Department(s) is optional.
Prompt #3: Select Personnel Area
Choose the specific Personnel area to run the report. By default, Both MSU Dubai and US is selected. This prompt is not required. To make a selection, click on the appropriate button.
Prompt #4: Select Personnel Subarea
Choose the specific Personnel Subarea groups to run the report. This prompt is not required. The options that appear are dependent upon the Personnel Area selected in Prompt #4. You can click on Select all to choose all options instead of clicking each one individually. If nothing is selected, default is all.
Prompt #5: Select Employee Group
Choose the specific Personnel area to run the report. By default, All Union, Non-Union and No-pay is selected. This prompt is not required. To make a selection, click on the appropriate button.
Prompt #6: Select Employee SubGroup
Choose the specific Employee Subgroup options to run the report. This prompt is not required. The options that appear are dependent upon the employee groups selected in Prompt #6. You can click on Select all to choose all options instead of clicking each one individually. If nothing is selected, default is all.
Select Finish to run the report.
Remote Work Agreement Search

Choose the Work Agreement Type options to run the report. This prompt is not required. You can click on Select all to choose all options instead of clicking each one individually. If nothing is selected, default is all.
Prompt #4: Select State or Country for Remote Work Agreements
Select the State or Country for the Work Agreements to run the report. This prompt is not required. You can click on Select all to choose all options instead of clicking each one individually. If nothing is selected, default is all.
Prompt #5: Select Off-Campus Location for Administrative Addresses
Select the Off-Campus Location for Administrative Addresses to run the report. This prompt is not required. You can click on Select all to choose all options instead of clicking each one individually. If nothing is selected, default is all.
Select Finish to run the report.
