The data columns used in the Remote Work Agreements for Supervisors report are defined on this page.
- Organization Code: The primary college or MAU code in which the employee is assigned.
- Organization Name: The primary college or MAU name in which the employee is assigned.
- Department Code: The department code in which the employee is assigned.
- Department Name: The department name in which the employee is assigned.
- Sub-Org Code: The sub-org code in which the employee is assigned.
- Sub-Org Name: The sub-org name in which the employee is assigned.
- Person ID: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to all their assignments.
- Personnel Number: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to their benefits eligible assignment.
- Professional Last Name: The last name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Professional First Name: The first name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Position#: The position number in which the employee is assigned.
- Position: The position title assigned to the position number in which the employee is assigned.
- Job Title: The job title assigned to the employee based on their assigned job code.
- Personnel Subarea: Personnel subarea assigned to the employee. The principal organization aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
- Employee Group: Union, Non-Union, Non-Employee/No-Pay. The employee group allows you to divide your employees into groups and allows you to define their relationship to the Enterprise.
- Employee Subgroup: Employee subgroup assigned to the employee. All control features of the Personnel structure are defined at the employee subgroup level including specific payroll calculations for hourly or salaried employees, work schedules, and benefit groupings.
- Payroll Area: The payroll area (Monthly, BiWeekly, or Non-Pay) assigned to the employee.
- Primary Assignment End Date: The end date of the employee’s primary assignment.
- Supervisor (RWA Start Date): The supervisor of the employee at the start of their remote work agreement. NOTE: If the employee transfers to the organization and already had a remote work agreement in place, the starting supervisor will be blank, i.e., supervisor from prior organization is not listed.
- Supervisor (RWA End Date): The current supervisor of the employee.
- Remote Work Type: The remote work type assigned to the employee.
- Remote Work Addr Start Date: The start date of the remote work agreement with the employee.
- Remote Work Addr End Date: The end date of the remote work agreement with the employee.
- Remote Work Addr Line 1: The employee’s remote work agreement address line 1. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work Addr Line 2: The employee’s remote work agreement address line 2. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work City: The employee’s remote work agreement city. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work State: The employee’s remote work agreement state. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work Zip Code: The employee’s remote work agreement zip code. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work Country: The employee’s remote work agreement country. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work address.
- Remote Work Phone #: The employee’s remote work agreement phone number. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their remote work phone number.
- Admin Addr Line 1: Administrative Address Line 1 of the primary department assigned to the employee. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr Line 2: Administrative Address Line 2 of the primary department assigned to the employee. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr City: Administrative City of the primary department assigned to the employee. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr State: Administrative State of the primary department assigned to the employee. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr Zip Code: Administrative Zip Code of the primary department assigned to the employee. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr Country: Administrative County of the primary department assigned to the employee. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Admin Addr Phone #: Administrative Phone number of the primary department assigned to the employee. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work phone number.
- Off Campus Code: The code assigned to the employee’s off-campus work location (if applicable).
- Off Campus Name: The employee’s off-campus work location (if applicable).
- Work Loc1 Addr Line 1: Employee’s work location address line 1. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Work Loc1 Addr Line 2: Employee’s work location address line 2. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Work Loc1 City: Employee’s work location City. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Work Loc1 State: Employee’s work location State. Restricted will be shown for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
- Work Loc1 Zip Code: Employee’s work location Zip Code. Will be blank for employee’s who have selected to restrict their work address.
