Summary Page (HRP1145)
The Approved On-Call Hours - HRP1145 report provides users summary data for a particular organization or specific individuals based on the criteria selected on the prompt page.
There will be two columns of hours generated for each employee, one for the hours reported in the previous 6 months, and one for the hours reported over the course of the past 12 months. This data is provided to ensure that the different union affiliations can easily have their hours examined. CT on-calls will primarily be concerned with the 6 month column while all other on-calls will primarily be concerned with the 12 month column.
