Data Definitions (HRP1145)

The data columns used in the Approved On-Call Hours Report are defined on this page.

  1. Professional Name: The employee’s name as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  2. Person ID: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to all of their assignments.
  3. Personnel Number: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to an assignment. A person with concurrent employment will have multiple PERNRs but only one PERSID.
  4. ZPID: The unique identifier assigned to the employee.
  5. Employment Status: The current status identifies whether the employee is an active or inactive employee, or withdrawn from employment at the university.
  6. Personnel Subarea Name: A breakdown of the Personnel Area. The principal organization aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
  7. Personnel Subarea Code: A further breakdown of the Personnel Area showing the full name. The principal organization aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
  8. Job Title: The employee's primary job title or classification in which the employee is assigned.
  9. Primary Assignment Start Date: Start date of employee’s new primary assignment.
  10. Organization Code: The primary college or MAU in which the employee is assigned in numerical format
  11. Organization Name: The primary college or MAU in which the employee is assigned in text format
  12. Department Code: The primary department in which the employee is assigned in numerical format
  13. Department Name: The primary department in which the employee is assigned in text format
  14. 6 Month Cumulative Hours: The number of hours per respective PERNR an individual has reported in an on-call position over the course of the preceding 6 months.
  15. 12 Month Cumulative Hours: The number of hours per respective PERNR an individual has reported in an on-call position over the course of the preceding 12 months.
  16. Total by Employee: The combined hours of the employee over the course of the respective periods of time.
  17. Overall Total: The combined hours of all on-call positions over the course of the respective periods of time.
