Summary page (HRP1137)

The TOC Break in Service - HRP1137 report provides users summary data for a particular individual or individuals for the criteria selected on the prompt page.

Although the report will display the employment history of the individual(s), the current status will always reflect the employment status as of when the report was run. Terminations will come in as rows of data, however the status will not show as “withdrawn” for those actions as the report is recognizing the current status.

When seeing an action type of “Termination,” the Employee Primary Assignment Start Date reflects the effective date of the termination, while the Primary Assignment End reflects the documented end date of the assignment being terminated.
