University Staff Counts – HRP1002
Business Purpose
The University Staff Counts – HRP1002 report provides a summary and count of active and inactive employees across the university grouped by employee type based on Personnel Subarea, Employee Group, Employee Subgroup, Assignment Type, and Contract Code as of the date selected.
Four reports are generated:
- Currently Active Employees – count of active employees within the university grouped by personnel subarea and employee subgroup. A total number of employees by personnel subarea is provided as well as a grand total.
- Employee Working Overseas – count of active employees working overseas. These are employees with a work location code of 98 (Out of Country) assigned to their job code. These employees are included in the ‘Currently Active Employees’ report.
- Visiting Faculty and Academic Staff – count of active Visiting Faculty and Academic staff. This count is of active faculty and academic staff with an assignment type code 7 (Visiting) and further broken down by Employee Group. These employees are included in the ‘Currently Active Employees’ report.
- Currently Inactive (Leave without Pay) Employees – count of inactive employees on leave without pay within the university grouped by personnel subarea and employee subgroup.
