The data columns used in the Actual & Structural Departments List are defined on this page.  

Definitions for the Option 1 report:  

  1. Bidding Reports to Organization Code:  The Bidding Reports To organization code of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.  
  2. Bidding Reports to Organization Name:  The Bidding Reports To organization name of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.
  3. Organization Code:   The organization code of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.  
  4. Organization Name:  The organization name of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.

 

Definitions for the Option 2 report:  

  1. Bidding Reports to Organization Code:  The organization code of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.  
  2. Bidding Reports to Organization Name:  The organization name of the organization(s) selected in the report prompts.
  3. Organization Code:   The organization code of the organization with a Bidding Reports To relationship to the organization selected in the report prompts.  
  4. Organization Name:  The organization name of the organization with a Bidding Reports To relationship to the organization selected in the report prompts.
