The data you need may already be available in an existing HR Cognos (BI) report which can be found by following the Business Intelligence and Analytics tile in the EBS portal. Before contacting Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) with a request, please verify that the information cannot be accessed through these reports.
To help determine if a report may already be available, select HR Cognos BI Report Catalog under Quicklinks to search the reports by a word or phrase as well as by location/folder and report name or code.

HRIT strives to provide information and requests in a timely manner. For this reason, it is imperative that requests are made as far in advance as possible. Every effort will be made to process your request by the requested completion date; however, please be advised that the complexity of a request, the purpose of the request and its relation to institutional priorities, and the volume of requests received may impact the date of completion.
