Ideal You Health Center (844) 201-1153 offers MSU employees a 25% discount on their program if you use code weightloss25 during their free remote consultation. They offer remote consultations with weight loss coaches, and everything for the program gets shipped right to your doorstep.

MSU Employee Assistance Program (517-355-4506): Provides personal support, problem solving, counseling and consultation to MSU employees and to their immediate family members.

MSU Health Care and Olin Health Center Pharmacies (517-353-3000): Prescription and over-the-counter medications are provided at competitive prices. Delivery of medications to on-campus locations is available at no charge.

MSU Health4U (517-353-2696): Health4U aims to enhance and expand wellness efforts in partnership with units throughout the University and the community. They offer a wide variety of services are to support individuals in achieving a healthier, happier, longer life. Health4U's ultimate goal is the good health of all members of the MSU community.

MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services: MSU recreation facilities (IM Sports West: 517-355-5250; IM Sports East: 517-353-3136; IM Sports Circle: 517- 355-4710). During 2020-2021, IM Sports West and IM Sports East became membership only facilities due to Covid-19 safety procedures. For the 2021 summer session, there is a membership fee to enter the IM West facility which will give you access to the fitness center, group fitness classes and the pool. Access will revert back to free entry to buildings for general recreational use in fall semester 2021; at which time the Fitness Center, Group Exercise classes, pool, organized leagues and Club Sports will be fee based and varies according to selected activity. A valid MSU ID is required for building entry and to purchase services.

MSU Safe Place (517-355-1100): This program assists students, staff, faculty, alumni, retirees and their partners who experience relationship violence. Services include shelter, advocacy, support counseling, community educational programs and more. All services are confidential and free.

protegeacademy.com: A state of the art salon and spa with the goal to educate their students in the highest standards of business, ethics and techniques that will set them apart. Services at the academy are performed by supervised senior students. Offering a 20% discount on any salon or spa service with MSU identification.
