Unit HR Leadership Group
About Us
The Unit HR Leadership Group is a grass-roots led initiative that consists of the chief HR-focused employee of university Major Administrative Units (MAUs) to work on items collaboratively that are identified by members.
This group works to identify key HR issues, processes and strategic initiatives viewed as areas of opportunity to focus on across campus. These could include: hiring processes, performance management and staff development, change management, organizational and staffing structures, organizational culture and collaboration with central units, among others.
The group meets bi-monthly. If you are interested in participating, please contact Jake Lathrop, MSU Human Resources.
The Unit HR Leadership Group is peer led. MSU Human Resources collaborates as part of the group.
