Display and Update Employee Information

View employee assignment and contact information.

Steps

  1. Enter employee name or personnel number to view employee information.
  2. Click View All to view additional information about each section.  
  3. Click Back when done to return to the main page.

After completion or review of variations click the house to return home, log out if finished or use the search to find another application.

Variations

  • Step 2, to edit work address, from Name & Workflow, click Edit Work Address. Enter applicable data fields, select Update.
  • Step 2, to add additional Contact Information, from Contract Information, click New. Select applicable Contact type. Add details and click Save.

Accessibility Tips

  • Use forms mode to scan lists; use browse mode to read specific information on an employee.
  • Under the Organizational Assignment dropdown, the "Valid From/To" dates are listed in a range.
