Data Definitions (IPF004)
The data columns used in the IPF Shop and Crew Employee Details report are defined on this page. Report output is sorted into two reports: Shop and Crew.
- Resource Type Code – Name: Resource type and code within the IPF organization. Further breakdown of employee’s position assignment within IPF.
- Personnel Subarea Code: The HR/Payroll system code for personnel subarea. Personnel subarea is a further breakdown of the Personnel Area. The principal organization aspects of HR are controlled at this level, including work schedules, pay scales, public holiday calendar, and wage types.
- Personnel Subarea Name: The HR/Payroll system name for personnel subarea based on personnel subarea code.
- Personnel Number: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to their benefits eligible assignment. Note: Header has ‘Count’ but Personnel number is shown.
- Name: The name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Employee Subgroup Code: The HR/Payroll system code for employee subgroup, it is a further breakdown of employee group. All control features of the Personnel Structure are defined at the Employee Subgroup level.
- Personnel Subarea Name: The HR/Payroll system name for personnel subarea based on the personnel subarea code assigned.
- Employee Subgroup Name: The HR/Payroll system name for employee subgroup based on the employee subgroup code assigned.
- Department Code: The primary department code in which the employee is assigned. Note: In the Crew report output – header is Level 5 Organization Code.
- Department Name: The primary department name in which the employee is assigned. Note: In the Crew report output – header is Level 5 Organization Name.
- Sub Department Code: The primary sub department code in which the employee is assigned. Note: In the Crew report output – header is Level 6 Organization Code.
- Sub Department Name: The primary sub department name in which the employee is assigned. Note: In the Crew report output – header is Level 6 Organization Name.
- Gender: The employee’s gender as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Birth Date: The employee’s birth date as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Age: The employee’s age based on their birth date as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Race/Ethnicity: The employee’s race/ethnicity as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Position Number: The employee’s primary position number in which the employee is assigned.
- Position Title: The employee’s primary position title based on the position number in which the employee is assigned.
- Job Code: The employee’s primary job code in which the employee is assigned.
- Job Title: The employee’s primary job title or classification based on the job code in which the employee is assigned.
- Supervisor Name: The employee’s supervisor as indicated in HR/Payroll system.
- Capacity Utilization Level: The percent of employment the employee is working.
- Continuous Service Date: Indicates the number of years the employee has been employed without any breaks in service.
- Employment Status: The employee’s employment status based on the selected “as of date” prompt.
