Business Purpose
The Separation of Duties – Workflow – HRP986 report lists ALL Workflow requests completed for an organization, employee or workflow initiator within the workflow approved date range selected. The report reflects the employee’s name (of the workflow transaction), workflow initiator, approver, and the initiated and approved dates.
The following types of reports can be created using the report prompts:
- Report of all workflow requests completed for the selected Organization(s) within the date range selected.
- Report of all workflow requests completed for specific employee(s) within the date range and organization(s) selected.
- Report of all workflow requests completed that were initiated by specific initiator(s) within the date range and organization(s) selected.
