Data Definitions (HRP977)
The data columns used in the FAS October Raise Letters Summary report are defined on this page.
- Department Code – Name: The primary department code and name in which the FAS employee is assigned.
- Pernr: A HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to their assignment.
- First Name: The first name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Middle Name: The middle name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Last Name: The last name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
- Base Pay Start Date: The date the new salary amount goes into effect for the employee.
- FTE Salary: The new annual salary amount assigned to the employee.
- Academic Competitiveness Increase: The date the academic competitiveness increase will take place if applicable. Note, the date defaults to January 1st of the next year.
- FTE January Salary: The annual salary amount in January after the academic competitiveness increase.
