SUPERVISORS AND STAFF Report - HRP962

Business Purpose

The Supervisors and Staff – HRP962 report provides a list of active and inactive Supervisors and Staff based on the Organization(s)/Department(s) selected as of the report run date.   Includes Temporary, On-Call, Graduate Assistants, and Student employees.  Non Employee/No-Pay employees are excluded.   Employees without a supervisor assigned are also excluded. 

Two lists are created;
  • The first list shows all supervisors (with job information: title, position number, employment %, union group, level, email) and their direct reports (with job information) in the selected organization/department.  
  • The second list is the same as the first list, but it also includes the supervisor and employee off campus location.
