Report Prompts (HRP951)

When running the MSU Extension FAS Supervisory Duties report, users will be presented prompts to identify parameters and sets of data to be included in the report results.

Prompt #1: Select the 'As of Date' (required)

Select the ‘As of Date’ for active and inactive Faculty and Academic staff for the search.   Data will pull as of the date selected and defaults to today’s date.  A previous or future date can be selected.  This prompt is required.           

                                                       

 

Prompt #2: Select a Date Range for Supervisory Duties

Select the Data Range supervisory duties are in effect for specific positions within MSUE.  This prompt is not required.  Both dates default to today’s date. Data will pull as of the date range selected.  TIP:  For best results, use a From Date of July 1, 2015, this is the date the resource (FAS Supervisory Duties) was added to the MSUE positions.
