Tenure Exemption and Visa Status for Supervisors – HRP1228

Business Purpose

The Tenure Exemption and Visa Status for Supervisors report provides a list of active and inactive faculty members with Tenure or Tenure Probation status, along with their current Visa Status, as of the report date. The list includes only those who report to the individual running the report (a supervisor in the HR/Payroll system).  Report output includes hire date, visa type, visa expiration date, citizenship status, date entered tenure system, tenure granting department, tenure exemption agreement date, tenure status, probation status, and probation expire date.

Employees whose residence status is SP NRA (MSU), Non-Resident Alien, or Non-Citizen National of the U.S., and whose visa source type is US01 (Visa Information – U.S.), are included in the report. 

NOTE:  The user running the report must be a Supervisor with direct reports assigned in the HR/Payroll system.   If the user is not a supervisor with direct reports, the report will return “No Data Available”.
