Data Definitions (HRP1126)

The data columns used in the Recurring Appointment Listing Report are defined on this page.

  1. Person ID: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to an assignment. A person with concurrent employment will have multiple PERNRs but only one PERSID.
  2. Personnel Number: An HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to an assignment. A person with concurrent employment will have multiple PERNRs but only one PERSID.
  3. Professional Last Name: The last name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  4. Professional First Name: The first name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  5. Professional Middle Name: The middle name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  6. Current Status: Status for employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
  7. Organization Code - Name:  The primary MAU or college in which the employee is assigned. 
  8. Department Code - Name: The primary department code in which the employee is assigned.
  9. Sub-Org Code - Name: The primary sub-org code and name in which the employee is assigned (if applicable).
  10. Position Number: An SAP/EBS generated number linking a person to a position.
  11. Initial Semester: Semester recurring designation was first granted.
  12. Recurring Appointment Effective Date: Date recurring appointment is to start.
  13. Recurring Appointment End Date: Date recurring appointment is to end.
  14. Semester of Appointment: Designated semester of the appointment.
  15. Assignment Start Date: Date assignment is to start.
  16. Assignment End Date: Date assignment is to end.
  17. Primary Assignment End Date: Date primary assignment is to end.
  18. Days Since End Date: Number of days since last appointment end date.
