Data Definitions (HRP1078)

The data columns used in the Endowed Jobs with Incumbents report are defined on this page.

1. Job Code:  The endowed job code as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
2. Job Title:  The endowed job title as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
3. Object Abbr.:  The object abbreviation assigned to the endowed job code as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
4. Job Start Date:  The start date of the job within the HR/Payroll system.  
5. Job End Date:  The end date of the job within the HR/Payroll system.
6. Incumbent:  The name of the employee assigned to the endowed job code/title.  
7. Organization Code:  The organization code assigned to the employee and endowed job.   
8. Organization Name:  The organization name assigned to the employee and endowed job.
9. Department Code:  The department code assigned to the employee and endowed job.
10. Department Name:  The department name assigned to the employee and endowed job.
