Data Definitions (HRP1069)

The data columns used in the Counts of Employees by MAU and/or Department report are defined on this page.

1. Organization Code-Name:  The code and name of the College or MAU selected for the search.
2. Department Code-Name:  The department code and name selected for the search. 
3. Sub-Org Code - Name: The sub-org code and name selected for the search.  
4. Employee Type:  Employee types within the MAU/Dept and/or Sub-Org selected with active and/or inactive employees.  
5. Count: Count of the active and/or inactive employees per employee type within the MAU/Dept and/or Sub-Org selected.
6. Total by Department Code-Name: Total of all active and inactive employees within the department code-name selected.  
7. Total by Organization Code-Name:  Total of all active and inactive employees within the college or MAU code-name selected.
8. Final Total:  Final total of all active and/or inactive employees within the departments and/or organizations selected.
