SUmmary page - HRP1059

The Newly Hired Deans, Directors, Chairs, Staff Supervisors and Executive Managers report provides users a summary of employees newly hired or transferred to positions of Dean, Director, Chair, Executive Manager or Staff Supervisor within the date range specified for a particular organization or department selected in the report prompts. 

Two lists are created:
  • New Hires
  • Transfers

TIP:  Select the Run As button (top left corner) and select Run Excel.  The reports will be in separate tabs within the spreadsheet.

Below is an example of the Newly Hired Deans, Directors, Chairs, Staff Supervisors and Executive Managers reports and the data columns provided.  Select Data Definitions under Quicklinks for a list of the data column definitions.
