SUmmary page - HRP1015

The Hires and Transfer into a College or Department report provides users with a summary of new faculty, academic staff and support staff employees and employees transferring into an organization or department selected in the report prompts.

Two reports will be created (same data columns for both reports):
  • Faculty and Academic Staff - Contains the Faculty and Academic Staff new hire and transfer employees
  • Support Staff - Contains the Support Staff new hire and transfer employees
To change the sort order of the HTML report, click on the Sort dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
  • Organization Code
  • Department Name
  • Sub-Org Code
  • Personnel Number
  • Name
  • Action Reason

TIP:  Select the Run As button (top left corner) and select Run Excel.  The reports will be in separate tabs within the spreadsheet.
