Performance Excellence Webpage Updates

Since the launch of the Performance Excellence program in 2016, MSU Human Resources has continued to make improvements to the process and available resources. One of the areas we have heard feedback on is the need for updates to getting employees and supervisors to the proper tools and resources on the HR website.

Effective May 2, MSU HR will launch the updated Performance Excellence webpages. Updates include:

• Breaking out information and tools depending on role – now there will be clear pathways for an employee or supervisor to follow through the process.
• Information on forms will detail the step of the process to use each form.
• More details on the tools available and when each might be useful.

Most navigation remains the same; however, by splitting up information between employees and supervisors, some supervisor links have changed. If you have previously bookmarked supervisor forms, these will be redirected to a new Supervisor Forms landing page where you can navigate to the new form location.
