Determine Employee End Date - Extended Reference

Employee End Date Report is used by Unit Administrators to report on employees whose end date falls with 150 days of the current date. However, this report does not include a rehire or reappointment after the end date. Therefore, the Employee Information Report is more helpful in reviewing this information

  1. Select Employee Information report.
  2. From Reporting Period drop down, choose “All” all
  3. From Selection Criteria, enter the Organizational Unit number.
  4. Click submit .
  5. To filter results from delivered report, scroll to the right to find the first column labeled “End Date”.
  6. Select the entire “End Date” column (click on header to select entire column)
  7. Click filter.   
  8. From Determine Values for Filter Criteria, enter end date of 12/31/9999 and select the green check. values
  9. From the returned filter list, scroll to the left and find “Employment Status” column.
  10. Select the entire “Employment Status” column(click on header to select entire column)
  11. Select  filter.
  12. From Determine Values for Filter Criteria, use the Employment Status look up to choose Active and select the green check.criteria
  13. From the returned filter list, scroll to the right to find the column “Primary Assgmt End Date”.
  14. Select the entire “Primary Assgmt End Date” column(click on header to select entire column)
  15. Click descending.
