Data Definitions (HRP995)

The data columns used in the Support Staff October Raise Letters Summary report are defined on this page.

1. Primary Organization:  The primary organization code and name in which the employee is assigned.  
2. Department Code-Name:  The primary department code and name in which the employee is assigned.  
3. Pernr:  A HR/Payroll system generated number linking a person to their assignment.  
4. Professional First Name:  The first name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
5. Professional Middle Name:  The middle name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.
6. Professional Last Name:  The last name of the employee as indicated in the HR/Payroll system.  
7. Base Pay Start Date:  The date the new salary amount goes into effect for the employee.  
8. Annual Salary:  The new annual salary amount assigned to the employee.
